Today is the 12th day of our challenge. Hopefully everyone is keeping up with their documentation. Are challenges going well, any positives, negatives, etc. that you could share with us? Let us know where you stand! Encourage other challengers as they continue on their 30 day journey!
It is easy to do my challenge today then it was the first day. Thinking about what I picked is different to what other people picked but that is okay. Just when you think you can not do it anymore push you’re self harder. Push until you think you pushed you’re self to hard.

My thirty day challenge is going well because my times were up and down and know they are going down in times. It was tired at first now it is going better i am getting in better shape. The negative thing about it is me getting up and doing it.

Running can be a tough goal. I’m glad you are sticking with it. Are you running in the morning?

For my 30 day challenge, I cannot drink any caffeine at all. Sometimes it’s hard because water gets boring, but to make sure that I don’t drink any pop, I use packets to flavor my water, like lemonade. It’s hard going out to a restaurant or something because I’m always use to ordering a pop, but I can’t. In the beginning it was hard not wanting any caffeine, but it’s getting better.

Yikes! Caffeine would be a hard one for me, too! Keep sticking with it and documenting any changes you notice by not drinking caffeine.

For my 30 day challenge i chose to do squats. I like my goal, because it is a healthy one and will boost my thoughts about myself. I have missed a few days here and there, on some of the days i work after school. Along with the positive there is a few negatives. Because i chose to do squats and increase my amount each day, I get very sore and tired and then not want to accomplish any other tasks at that point.

I suppose being sore and tired after doing squats is a positive. You want to build muscle, right? Keep at it as much as you can. Maybe do them in the morning, so working after school doesn’t interfere. 🙂

My 30 day challenge seem fairly easy and is going well. I enjoy my challenge because it is easy to fit into my schedule and demands me to touch a basketball everyday.

I suppose since you love basketball, this challenge may seem too easy. Hopefully, though, you are seeing some improvement in your shots. Keep up the hard work!

The 30 day challenge has helped me more than I have thought it was going to. I have been more active, and outgoing than I have been in years. When it comes to doing simple things such as working alone to talking to many people that I don’t know.

Finding natural ways to push yourself here and there are a difficult goal. Keep working at it, so you can overcome some of your fears! I love it! Great choice!

For my 30 day challenge I am trying to improve my attitude by not insulting for close friends. So far it is going pretty well but there is a few days when I said 1 or 2 insults slip out of my mouth by accident. For the most part though I’m getting better at not saying every insulting thing that pops into my mind. Hopefully by the end of this challenge I will not be saying any insults.

It can be surprising to notice when you are being negative too often. I tried the “no complaining for 24 hours” challenge, and it was difficult. I found it was in the wording for me. I just need to flip how I was saying things so it had a positive spin. Keep it up!

My 30 day challenge has been easy to do but I is hard to do every day. Expectantly with school during the day and football at night.

My challenge is going very good. I have always liked lifting so my challenge is some what easy for me. The only part is I hate getting up early so that part is hard.

Keep it up! Perhaps wear to bed what you are going to wear in the morning, so it is easy to get up and get going.

For my thirty day challenge I chose to give one compliment to a different person every day. This is a little bit harder on the weekends because I don’t see very many people.

You can do it! Maybe make your weekends for family, since you know you’ll see them!

My challenge was to drink three bottles of water every day. At first it was difficult to remember to drink that often, but as I got further into the challenge, it became easier to do it.

There are soooo many benefits to drinking more water and less sugary drinks. I hope you are noticing some changes already!

My thirty day challenge was to take a picture a day and then write a poem about it. But it is really hard when I do not even like to take pictures. All i ever do is sleep so that makes it hard too

Marcelo…. You can do it. Even if it is a simple poem of a common item taken in an abstract way. You can jot down a few thoughts about it. I believe in you. I’ll be excited to see what you accomplish!

My 30 day challenge was no pop and no fast food. I’ve only had fast food one time. I did good for about the first week with no pop but working in 2 restaurants and having a pop addiction don’t go very well together. I’ve had only a few pops the last few days which is still better than what I drank before the challenge which was 2-4 pops per day.

Holy schmoly! Those are tough goals. I think you can do it, though. Why don’t you take a drink with you to work, so you aren’t tempted. 🙂

My thirty day challenge has been going well. I haven’t had any day that I haven’t drank my gallon of water. Even on the weekends I still drink my water. This challenge is not for the faint of heart because it is actually hard to do on some days.

I agree! This challenge is hard! I may make it my challenge for next month, so I can see how it improves my skin, water retention, etc. Have you noticed any changes yet?

Yo it’s ya boy Noah coming in hot with my 30 day Challenge update so here it is: it sucks, my challenge is to read 10 minutes a day and see if my reading pace gets faster. Overall I have getting more efficient at reading but it’s a very boring and agonizing 10 minutes.

STOP! My boy, Noah, reading is NOT boring. Are you reading something you like? It sounds like perhaps the book is boring. Maybe I can help make a book suggestion. Talk to me at school:)

My 30 day challenge includes writing a thought in a journal once a day. This challenge has helped me with my memory by recapping the day. Also writing down my thoughts and feelings in a journal helps me express my feelings and thoughts with my friends and family. Overall I am enjoying my 30 day challenge. Hopefully by the end of my challenge I hope to continue to write in a journal once a day.

My 30 day challenge is going fairly well. I get to go in the weight room 3 times a week during gym, so it is easy to do my goal on that day. Other days it is harder to find time to do my goal. On the days I do not jump rope, I do some kind of physical activity on those days.

30 day Challenge finished a few days ago but I knew I needed the weekend to get my long run in before I reported. Every day for 30 days I committed to running each day to improve my fitness. Most days I ran between 2-3 miles. On my “off” days I ran at least 1 mile but my distances on weekends became longer and easier. If you commit to anything it becomes a part of your life and I plan on continuing my progress. Proud to report I ran 6.2 miles this morning in just over an hour. Very surreal feeling just a man and his thoughts early in the AM hours. Hoping everyone learned a little about commitment and change is not that difficult if you put your mind to it.
